One of the best returns on investment you can make online is to start marketing by email.  This is mainly achieved by building a mailing list to which you send email newsletters, or "eNewsletters".  This builds customer loyalty because you can regularly "remind" your recipients that your company exists or offer exclusive information and special deals. 

Give them what they want and you won't be considered spam

Make sure, however, that the information you send out to your clients is relevant to them, or you can end up being considered junk mail!  We recommend that eNewsletters contain about 75%-85% useful information for the subscriber, balanced by 15%-25% branding or advertising.  Also, it is imperative that you offer your recipient the possibility of easily unsubscribing, because if too many people consider your email as spam, you run the risk of being "blacklisted" from entire servers.
